He studied Administration and advanced his education with an MBA, later completing a Doctorate in Corporate Leadership & Strategy, alongside earning recognition as a Chartered Senior Professional in Human Resources.
As a leadership strategist, Jeff founded the Institute of Leadership and Strategy to train professionals and managers, consulting for more than 100 organizations and guiding over 10,000 individuals in Ghana and beyond. His work emphasizes balancing management training with leadership development to ensure organizations are not “over‑managed and under‑led.”
Having served as Executive Director of the Graduate Training Institute and Director at PHR Global, Jeff has consistently advanced professional education and corporate growth. His trusted networks and expertise continue to shape leaders across industries, positioning him as a key voice in Ghana’s corporate and leadership landscape.

Benjamin Eshun has over 20 years of continuous professional experience in IT services, project management, and corporate leadership. He studied at the University of Ghana and has specialized in delivering technology solutions across FinTech, EduTech, and the digital economy.
As a technology strategist, Benjamin founded InsigniaWare Ltd, where he serves as CEO, leading innovations in software development and IT services. He is also recognized as an NREN Evangelist, promoting national research and education networks across Africa to strengthen digital infrastructure and collaboration.
Having worked extensively in educational technology, Benjamin has cultivated partnerships and enhanced stakeholder relationships at national, regional, and continental levels. His career reflects a commitment to bridging technology with education and financial inclusion, ensuring sustainable impact in Ghana and beyond.
Through his leadership, Benjamin continues to advocate for digital transformation, inclusive technology adoption, and the development of resilient systems that empower communities and institutions across Africa.

Ing. Dr. Eileen Goody Gans-Lartey has over a decade of continuous professional experience in civil engineering, project management, and international development. She studied Civil Engineering at the Anhui University of Science and Technology in China, where she became the first international PhD graduate from the School of Civil Engineering and Architecture. She is also a certified Professional Engineer (PE-GHIE) and Project Management Professional (PMP), and holds an MBA in Project Management.
As a trailblazer in engineering, academia, and leadership, Eileen has managed diverse projects across Ghana and internationally, ranging from 1M to 10M dollars, applying innovative solutions and resource mobilization strategies to deliver sustainable results. She currently serves as a Lecturer, supporting Master’s students in Project Management, and is the Head of Department for Operations Management and Information Systems at Wisconsin International University College, School of Research and Graduate Studies.
Through her passion for capacity building, she has trained professionals and organizations across sub-Saharan Africa, spoken at international conferences, and helped advance project management practices in both the construction industry and the development sector. She also serves as the technical lead responsible for construction projects within an international organization, continuing to inspire women in engineering and empower communities through leadership and technical excellence.

Samson Lardy Anyenini has over two decades of continuous professional experience in law, journalism, and public affairs. He studied Law at the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (LL.B) and later completed his LL.M at the University of Ghana. He also trained at the Ghana School of Law, qualifying as a barrister and solicitor of the Supreme Court of Ghana.
As a broadcast journalist, Samson has worked extensively with the Multimedia Group Limited, where he hosts Newsfile, Ghana’s leading weekend current affairs analysis program on Joy FM and JoyNews. He has also served as a BBC correspondent, reporting on diverse issues with a strong focus on human rights cases.
Beyond journalism, Samson has contributed to national governance and sports administration, serving as Chairman of the Ghana Football Association Normalization Committee’s Disciplinary Committee. His dual expertise in law and media has positioned him as a respected voice in Ghana’s democratic and civic discourse.
In recognition of his impact, Samson was named the 25th P.V. Ansah Journalist of the Year (2019) at the Ghana Journalists Association Awards, cementing his reputation as one of Ghana’s most influential media personalities.

Kafui Prebbie, MBI has over 20 years of continuous professional experience in management, consulting, education, and project management. He studied Management at the Harvard Business School and completed with specialisations in Management Excellence & Digital Transformation.
As an Impact Entrepreneur, Kafui founded the PREBBiE GROUP with the maiden company established as TECHAiDE in 2011 – to unleash human potential and develop capacity through technology, especially in rural Africa.
Having worked in the international development space managing various projects with effective project management principles, Kafui also founded IMPLEMENTERS, a social project management organisation in 2013.
Through his passion for properties, he started PREBBiE Properties in 2020. With his trusted international networks, he partnered with Field of Homes, USA to start SHELBBiE Homes and develop modern living spaces in Africa.
Kafui aims at paying-forward the many years of opportunities and experiences that he’s received to the youth, especially orphans and the needy and thus lead the formation of the Kafui Prebbie Foundation.

Gilbert Reinall Addo has over a decade of working experience in business operations, administration, and human resources in industries spanning hospitality, banking, technology, real estate, project management, and non-profit organisations.
As a Human Resource Professional with a Master of Business Administration from Accra Business School, he doubles as the Head of Human Capital & Admin at PREBBiE Group and the Actg. Head of Property Development & Operations for the Property Division, which includes PREBBiE Properties, ECOREFiX and SHELBBiE Homes. He’s an enthusiastic facilitator of the UN SDGs and a member of both the UN Major Group for Children & Youth and the UNCCD Youth Caucus.
His dedication to the Property Division of the Group fosters investment in high-end buildings, cosy apartments, luxurious villas, and spacious family homes that fit the desires and budget of the middle and average income earners.

Kelvin Owusu Gyan is a dynamic and forward-thinking finance professional with extensive experience in financial management, treasury, auditing, human resources, risk management, project management, and strategic planning.
He holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance from the University of Ghana and is a certified Environmental, Social & Governance (ESG) Specialist and Commercial Real Estate (CRE) Specialist by the Corporate Finance Institute (Canada).
As the Finance Manager of the Property and Project Divisions, he draws upon over a decade of experience to optimize financial efficiency, ensure regulatory compliance, and cultivate a culture of continuous improvement. His expertise strengthens the company’s financial health and supports the development of upscale buildings and comfortable apartments that cater to a wide range of income earners while also driving successful project management and execution across diverse initiatives.

Laurin Assiamah-Yeboah is a seasoned professional with over a decade of diverse experience spanning consulting, project management, people management, and systems optimization. Thomas’s expertise lies in optimising processes, managing cross-functional teams, and implementing innovative solutions that align with the business goals of TECHAiDE.
As the Head of Business Operations, he envisions leveraging on his over 15 years of experience in Education and Information Technology with professional experience from FHI360, USAID and Dreamoval to make TECHAiDE a force to reckon with the Edtech ecosystem in Ghana and beyond.

Adjoa Marfoah Akyeampong holds a Master of Science in Procurement and Supply Chain Management from the University of Ghana and a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management from the University of Cape Coast. She is a strategic operations and hospitality leader with over a decade of professional experience and more than five years of operational management expertise.
Her expertise lies in optimizing processes, leading high‑performing teams, and delivering customer‑centric solutions across multi‑unit operations. She actively applies her knowledge in strategic sourcing, supply chain optimization, and hospitality operations to drive efficiency, compliance, and service excellence.
