Job Summary
The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading the sales function to drive revenue growth, expand market adoption, and strengthen TECHAiDE’s commercial presence for the ASANKA and EDULab solutions. This role will involve developing and executing sales strategies, directly closing high-value deals, mobilising, coaching, and managing a team of sales associates, and engaging strategic partners to accelerate market penetration.
The role will also require close collaboration with internal cross-functional teams to establish scalable sales processes, support market expansion initiatives, and ensure consistent execution against aggressive revenue targets. The successful candidate will be accountable for building a high-performing sales team, delivering sustained revenue growth, and increasing adoption of ASANKA and EDULab across priority markets.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Leadership & Revenue Growth
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales and marketing strategy for ASANKA and EDULab products to drive revenue growth and expand customer base.
- Assume responsibility for overall sales targets, ensuring consistent performance against monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue goals.
- Lead market penetration efforts with schools, institutions, government agencies, and corporate partners.
Team Mobilization & Management
- Support the recruitment and onboarding of sales representatives and channel partners, in collaboration with the Human Capital function.
- Facilitate regular team meetings and performance reviews to support coaching, performance monitoring, and the achievement of strong individual and collective results.
- Establish clear sales targets, KPIs, and reporting structures for all team members.
Direct Sales & Deal Closure
- Lead and support strategic sales engagements, including high-value negotiations, deal closure, and stakeholder relationship management, to strengthen conversion and long-term partnerships.
Marketing & Market Development
- Collaborate with product and operations teams to position ASANKA and EDULab solutions effectively.
- Lead demand-generation initiatives, partnerships, and promotional campaigns.
Reporting & Performance Management
- Monitor and manage the sales pipeline, forecasts, and performance metrics to drive growth and informed decision-making.
- Produce regular sales performance reports and actionable insights for executive management.
- Ensure sales activities are executed in line with approved policies, pricing frameworks, and ethical standards.
Perform other administrative tasks as required by the Line Manager and Group CEO.

Minimum Requirements
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Economics, or equivalent qualifications.
- More than Five (5) years in a leadership or managerial role with experience in a similar role within sales or marketing.
- Strong knowledge of sales or business development principles.
- Demonstrated success in B2B and B2C sales, solution selling, or education/technology-related products is a strong advantage.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Must be proactive and result-oriented.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.

Conditions of Service

What We Offer
Competitive salary and benefits package.
- Direct Sales Commission: A performance-based commission of 3%–10% is payable upon meeting or exceeding set sales targets, with the applicable rate determined by the level of target attainment. This commission is paid in addition to base salary and other earned commissions, translating to a minimum earning range of GHS 16,000–33,000 when targets are met, and higher where performance exceeds expectations.
- Team Override Commission: An override commission of 1% on total sales closed by supervised team members, payable in consideration of managerial oversight, mentoring, and direct support contributing to successful deal execution
- Monthly Fixed base Salary: GH₵ 3,500.00
