Programme/ Job Summary

The PREBBiE Group Graduate Internship Programme (GIP) is a structured and competitive initiative designed to provide recent university graduates with meaningful, hands-on experience across diverse business functions within the Group. Through placements across its operating entities, the programme enables interns to apply academic knowledge in practical settings, develop professional competencies, and gain exposure to real-time business operations.

As part of the programme, interns will be deployed into functional roles aligned with their areas of interest and organisational needs, where they will contribute to ongoing projects, strategic initiatives, and core business activities. These placements may involve cross-functional collaboration, participation in key assignments, and support for initiatives that drive operational efficiency and business growth.

The programme is designed to foster learning, adaptability, and professional growth, while providing interns with the opportunity to build relevant skills, expand their networks, and demonstrate their potential within a dynamic, multi-sector organisation. High-performing interns may be considered for future employment opportunities within PREBBiE Group.

Conditions of Assessment

Graduate Interns are expected to demonstrate adherence to PREBBiE Group’s core values, code of conduct, and policies. This includes maintaining utmost confidentiality, respecting intellectual property, and upholding professional standards. Graduate Interns will be evaluated on their teamwork and collaboration, communication skills, adaptability to change, and willingness to learn and develop new skills. 

Additionally, graduate interns are expected to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and best practices, and to report any potential conflicts of interest or ethical concerns. Graduate Interns will also be assessed on their attendance, punctuality, and overall commitment to the company’s goals and objectives. 

Furthermore, graduate interns are expected to maintain a safe and healthy work environment, report any incidents or hazards, and participate in training and development programs as required. Overall, talents will be evaluated on their ability to contribute to a positive and productive work environment, and to embody the values and principles of PREBBiE Group’s Culture.

 

Minimum Requirements
  • A completed Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution. Candidates with a Master’s degree may apply, provided their first degree was completed within the last three (3) years. Fields of study should be relevant to the functional areas of PREBBiE Group. 
  • Less than 3 years of post-graduation experience, ensuring eligibility is limited to early-career professionals. 
  • Applicants must be 35 years or below at the time of entry into the programme. 
  • Must be available for a minimum internship duration of 1 year (50 weeks), with flexibility for extension based on programme needs. 
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English. Proficiency in additional languages is an advantage. 
  • Demonstrated quantitative, analytical, and IT proficiency, with the ability to work in data-driven and digital environments 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills suitable for professional reporting, documentation, and stakeholder engagement. 
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, multicultural, and performance-driven environment, with a high level of adaptability and professionalism.

  • Ability to conduct independent research and analysis

Conditions of Service

PREBBiE Group shall be responsible for the provision of office support and other materials required for interns to effectively perform their roles.
